Concrete in Palm Bay fails from underneath. And every repair comes with the reason it happened: we flush or replace the culvert, extend the downspout, regrade the swale, cut the root — because lifting a slab and leaving the water where it was just means we'll see you again in three years.

Questions we get about repair & leveling
Foam lifting or mudjacking?
Foam. Mudjacking pumps a heavy cement slurry through two-inch holes, adds weight to sand that's already failing, and washes out again the next time the water comes through. Polyurethane foam is light, goes through much smaller holes, doesn't wash out, and cures in fifteen minutes. Nobody in Brevard should be mudjacking anymore.
Will a lifted slab sink again?
Not if the water problem is fixed. The foam itself doesn't compress or wash out; what sinks a slab a second time is the same culvert, downspout or swale that sank it the first time. That's why every lift we do comes with the drainage fix quoted alongside it, and why we won't lift an apron over a crushed culvert without replacing the pipe.
Can you lift a slab that's cracked?
If it's cracked into two or three big pieces that are otherwise sound, yes — we lift the pieces to a common grade and seal the crack. If it's cracked into a puzzle, or it's the old two-inch unreinforced pour from a 1970s GDC lot, it'll break more when it moves, and replacement is the honest answer.
How fast can you come out?
