What this site can and cannot tell you

Soil type and moisture, sub-base preparation, drainage, tree roots, slab thickness, reinforcement and the age of the pour all change what the right fix is. Nothing on this site is a site evaluation, a soils or engineering opinion, or a recommendation for your specific property. An on-site look is the only way to know whether you have a repair, a lift, or a replacement.
Cost ranges
The cost figures on our service and guide pages are planning ranges for typical projects in Palm Bay, Brevard County and the Space Coast from Sebastian to Cocoa. They are not quotes and they are not a price guarantee. Costs move with square footage, thickness, excavation and haul-off, sub-base, drainage, finish, access for trucks, and permits. Your written estimate is the price.

Results and warranties
No guaranteed outcome. How a slab performs over time depends on soil movement, drainage, the loads it carries, weather and maintenance such as sealing and keeping water away from the edges. Any warranty that applies to your project is the one written into the signed agreement with the contractor performing the work. Manufacturer warranties have their own terms and registration requirements.
