How the estimate works
1. Tell us about the job. Tell us the project — driveway, patio, slab, walkway, pool deck or a repair — and the rough size. If you have a sketch or an HOA rule to work with, have it handy.
2. We come out. An estimator measures the site, usually within a day or two. They check where water goes, what the soil is doing, how trucks and a pump can get in, and whether a permit or HOA approval applies.
3. You get a written price. You get an itemized written price — demolition and haul-off, sub-base, thickness and reinforcement, finish, sealing — good for 30 days. No deposit until you approve and we schedule the pour.
What's in the price
An estimate from us is itemized so you can compare it line by line: demolition and haul-off of the old slab, excavation and compacted base, forms, rebar or wire, the concrete at the right thickness for the load, control joints, the finish you chose, sealing, and cleanup. If something isn't on the sheet, it isn't a surprise later.
No obligation
The estimate is free and you are free to get a second one. We'd rather you compare and choose us than feel pushed. The written price is good for 30 days; if you approve it, we schedule the work and no deposit is due before then.
