The content is general information about concrete work in the Palm Bay area and isn't a site evaluation, an engineering opinion or a quote for your specific property; only a written estimate after an on-site visit is.
Estimates and pricing
Price ranges shown on this site are typical 2026 ranges for Brevard County so you can budget. Your actual price depends on the site, the size, the base, the finish, access and permits, and is given in a written estimate valid for 30 days. Work is scheduled after you approve the written estimate.
Permits, HOAs and inspections
Where a city, county or association approval applies, we'll tell you before work begins. Permit and inspection fees are itemized on the estimate. We don't perform work that requires a permit without one.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted in writing on your estimate. Concrete is a natural material: hairline cracks, color variation and surface texture differences are normal and aren't defects. Warranty terms are stated on your written estimate and contract.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
